Oki began his career at EY Advisory, focusing on enterprise risk management and corporate strategy. He then transitioned to Leapfrog Investments, an impact private equity fund, where he contributed to value creation initiatives in Indonesia.
Oki subsequently joined Kinesys Group, a venture capital fund specializing in early-stage investments, including Zenius, Saturdays, Wahyoo, and Noice. He also ventured into consumer-retail businesses such as Holyribs (part of Holycow Group), Skups Gelato (part of Animo Bakery), and Titik Temu.
Tirto is a graduate from Purdue University and has spent almost a decade in management consulting across several companies including Accenture, EY Advisory, and Bain & co. During his time in consulting, Tirto specialized in the Financial Service industry with capabilities ranging from Strategy, Transformation, Results Implementation, and Organization & Operating Model.
Tirto then took a role in start-up to further hone his expertise on daily execution and managing P&L as a director of business in Qoala insurtech, being responsible for one of Qoala’s largest business units across Indonesia and Thailand.
Started his career at EY Advisory in Strategy practice and transitioned into venture building and assumed strategic planning or transformative roles across diverse company stages, from Seed to Series B and in various industries such as SaaS, Retail and Marketplace. In his previous roles, he has implemented OKR, lead corporate planning & monitor all key metrics, support in product management and creation of digital initiatives to improve topline/ bottomline.
Rendy then took on a double role becoming the Chief Transformation Officer for a retail automotive chain supporting its overall digital improvement initiatives and being the CEO of a new business unit responsible for creating an entirely new proposition at Planet Ban.
Graduated from Universitas Indonesia, Fitri explored her consulting path in Ipsos, a leading market research firm, and was involved in market validation and go-to-market strategy projects for multinational companies. She moved to Danamon as part of an internal transformational implementation strategy, with impacts to 10K++ employees across Indonesia.
Fitri then continued her path in the business strategy area as Revenue Growth Manager in Traveloka, responsible for defining and establishing new revenue streams for the organization.
